Nunchucks

Nunchucks Slot Overview

NetEnt is on a roll and has made the most impressive comeback in 2026 after releasing many superb games this year.

Nunchucks doesn’t seem like your average title either, so let’s take a closer look.

This slot relies on special Nun features to do the work, and the theme and graphics are out of this world.

The max win is 12,000x the bet, and Nunchucks is scheduled for release in the UK on October 29, 2026.

Theme & Visuals

Nunchucks has a comic magazine style that we don’t come across very often when playing online slots.

You see the nuns in action, giving hints of the storyline across the different game modes.

The visuals and theme are brilliant!

Slot Features & Bonus Rounds

The Nun features are the ones to look out for in this game.

Nun Features

This game features four Nun symbols that can land individually or at the same time.

• Colossal Nun: Occupies an area of 2×2 to 4×4 and will transform into a regular paying symbol or a giant Wild if it overlaps a wild reel.
• Wild Reel Nun: Transforms the entire reel into wild symbols. It can also become a giant wild if it overlaps a Colossal Nun
• Multiplier Nun: Awards multipliers to one or more reels.
• Upgrade Nun: Can enhance previously activated Nun features.

Respins

Nun symbols can activate respins in all game modes. Any activated Nun features remain active throughout the respin sequence.

Free Spins & Super Free Spins

Landing 3, 4, 5, or 6 bonus symbols triggers 8, 10, 12, or 14 Free Spins.

You play the Super Free Spins if one of the triggering Bonus Symbols is a Super Bonus symbol.

Any active Nun features remain active throughout the entire bonus game when playing the Super Free Spins.

Symbols & Payouts

Nunchucks features 10 pay symbols and a wild.

• Low-paying symbols can pay up to 3.75x the bet for 6 matching As or K symbols on adjacent reels.
• High-paying symbols can pay up to 6x the bet for 6 matching high-value symbols.
• The Wilds also pay up to 6x for 6 of them on adjacent reels.

CasinoWizard’s verdict: Nun too shabby! (8 out of 10)

Soundtracks in online slots can make the difference between an okay and a glorious experience, and Nunchucks shows it. Not that the features aren’t entertaining, but the soundtrack could be something from the latest Quentin Tarantino movie featuring nuns using martial arts. That’s how fitting and great it is.

Nunchucks could, in fairness, perform brilliantly without any sound on too, but it enhances the experience, so don’t leave it out.

The Nuns bring a humorous vibe as they appear and disappear, adding special Nun modifiers that only a game studio with a certain confidence would think of. That’s where NetEnt is at the moment.

Landing several Nuns during a spin can create all sorts of great situations as the modifiers combine. This becomes even more evident in the Free Spins.

Nunchucks is an online slot I highly recommend, with a fun theme, great graphics, and a soundtrack that couldn’t be more fitting. The features are also easy to grasp, as you quickly learn how the Nun features work once you start playing and experience them.

Final verdict: 8 out of 10.

Nunchucks is officially released on October 29, 2026.
