Jaws of Justice

Jaws of Justice Slot Overview

Ready for something different? Okay, what about laser shooting sharks on a toxic planet deep within the cosmos?

Not to worry, though, the gameplay in Jaws of Justice isn’t as crazy as the theme. It’s actually very straightforward, as the laser sharks can land on the 4th row and shoot wilds in one of their directions. These wilds can also receive multipliers.

This isn’t the first time Hacksaw Gaming has experimented with lasers, as another that comes to mind with a similar setup is Fire My Laser.

The only real downside is that since the laser sharks can be so rewarding, they won’t appear that often in the base game.

Theme & Visuals

The theme chosen for Jaws of Justice is a bit of an odd one, as we find two aggressive-looking sharks next to the game layout. The symbols feature various animals and dinosaurs, and the whole thing takes place on a planet far away from ours.

Who ever said that the theme used for online slots needs to make sense?

How to Play Jaws of Justice

Jaws of Justice is one of those online slots that is super straightforward to play, as there are no complicated features or unexpected surprises happening in this game.

You play on a 5-reel and 4-row game panel with 14 fixed pay lines. Wins happen when you land 3 or more matching symbols on a payline starting from the leftmost reel.

Then you hope for the shark symbols to land, but there are no other special features apart from those, or the chance to trigger free spins.

You can play Jaws of Justice with bets from 10p up to £5 per spin when playing on UK casinos.

RTP, Volatility & Max Win

Jaws of Justice is a risky slot as it’s highly volatile, but big wins are possible as you can win up to 10,000x the bet.

The slot is available in four RTP versions, averaging a 86.36%, 92.32%, 94.27%, or 96.20% payout.

At the time of updating this review, we were unable to find a UKGC-licensed online casino that offers the 96.20% RTP version of Jaws of Justice.

However, UK casinos such as LeoVegas and BetMGM offer players a 94.27% payout, which is better than the lowest-paying options of the game.

We suggest you regularly check our RTP comparison table for Jaws of Justice to make sure you are playing this slot at the best possible RTP, as conditions can change.

Slot Features & Bonus Rounds

You want to see many laser sharks on the reels and plenty of scatters to trigger the free spins.

Laser Sharks

Laser Sharks can land on the 4th row and will shoot wilds into one of three directions: Straight up, diagonally left, or diagonally right.

These wilds might also reveal a multiplier between 1x and 200x.

If a laser hits an existing wild, it will add a multiplier to it, and a laser through an existing multiplier will increase its value.

Force Fields

A laser that hits a force field will bounce off it and continue in another direction at the same angle.

Free Spins

Landing 3 or more scatters will trigger 10 free spins.

• 3 Scatter – Killer Cosmos: Increased chance of landing laser sharks.
• 4 Scatter – Chompocalypse: Laser sharks will shoot in two directions.
• 5 Scatter – Nuclear Nebula: A laser shark is guaranteed to land on every spin.

Symbols & Payouts

The symbols in Jaws of Justice include 10 regular symbols and a wild.

Payouts are as follows:

• Low-paying symbols consist of the A-10 symbols and pay up to 2x the bet for 5 of a kind.
• High-paying symbols can pay up to 10x for 5 OAK.
• Wilds pay 10x for 5 of them on a payline.

Bonus Buy

Bonus buys can be an interesting (and risky) way of exploring a game’s features, but these options are not allowed when playing on UKGC-licensed casinos.

• 5x more likely to trigger free spins: 3x the bet
• One guaranteed Laser Shark: 100x the bet
• 3 scatters: 100x the bet
• 4 scatters: 250x the bet

CasinoWizard’s verdict: Jaws of Justice is a great online slot, but it fails to leave a long-lasting impact (7 out of 10)

Jaws of Justice is one of those Hacksaw Gaming slots where you understand how the slot works from the get-go.

Land laser sharks that blast out wilds that might also reveal multipliers. That’s really it.

The 3 scatter free spins increase your chances of landing the much-needed laser sharks, while the 4 scatter free spins ensure that the laser sharks shoot wilds in two different directions when they land. Meanwhile, the 5 scatters free spins guarantee that you land a laser shark on every single spin, leading to all sorts of possibilities of winning big.

If you enjoy playing Hacksaw Gaming slots, then there is a high probability that you will enjoy Jaws of Justice as well.

Final verdict: 7 out of 10.

Jaws of Justice was released on December 11, 2025.
