Our review of Betty
We need to get used to seeing fewer online casinos entering the UK legal market these days, following the UK government’s increase in the Remote Gaming Duty (RGD) from 21% to 40% on April 1, 2026.
This dramatic increase has led to smaller UK casinos, such as Luckster and Queenplay, being forced to close their operations, as it has become increasingly challenging to maintain profitability.
The Betty team don’t mind the challenge, though, and has interviewed over 300 slots fans in Great Britain to create the ultimate online casino for slot lovers in this market. They have also chosen to start by releasing a mobile-only UK casino.
In this Betty UK Casino review, we will examine how well they have succeeded and the pros and cons.
Betty is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 100695, so it’s a safe and legal option for UK players.

Betty UK No Deposit Bonus
No deposit bonuses are popular as you get a bonus without the need to deposit anything. These types of bonuses are risky for casinos, though, and therefore rare. Betty Casino doesn’t offer a no-deposit bonus to UK players at this point.
However, check out the Yeti Casino No Deposit Bonus if you want one.

Betty Casino UK Casino Games
The Betty Casino game lobby looks really slick, and you can instantly tell that the Betty team has made a great effort in creating a user-friendly and good-looking mobile casino.
However, you can also tell that this is early days for this UK casino, as during our review of the site, we could only find online slots from one provider, Pragmatic Play.
Online slots
Online slots are the focus on Playbetty.co.uk, and you can choose among the best Pragmatic Play slots available.
These include popular titles such as:
- Big Bass Splash
- Big Bass Bonanza
- Buffalo King Megaways
- Madame Destiny Megaways
- Gates of Olympus
- Sugar Rush
- Wolf Gold
- Sweet Rush Bonanza
There is also a big focus in the game lobby on the Big Bass fishing slots.
Jackpot Games
Pragmatic Play is said to be the largest game studio in the world and the leading slot developer in many markets, but they have not yet focused on jackpot games.
It’s probably just a matter of time until Pragmatic Play start releasing their own progressive jackpots, but until that happens or until Betty starts adding games from other studios on the site, you will have to look elsewhere to play jackpot games.
One good alternative for jackpot games would be BetMGM casino.
Live Dealer
Currently, Betty only offers online slots on Playbetty.co.uk, but we will update this review once they start offering live casino games as well.
Game developers
It’s a bit odd, as when we use the Betty filter to sort out games, we can find 46 of the biggest and most popular game studios listed on the site.
However, only 170 of Pragmatic Play’s slots are currently available.
It’s probably just a matter of time until the rest are added, as the site is still brand new.
Slots selection rating Betty Casino
We love Pragmatic Play slots, but offering games from only one provider (even if the most popular one) just isn’t enough to classify as a premium UK online casino.
However, as we mentioned, the remaining listed game studios and most of their games will likely be added soon.
CasinoWizard’s slot selection rating for Betty Casino: 7 out of 10 stars
Betty UK Casino Payment Options
It’s almost a requirement to be a PayPal casino to be seen as one of the best UK casinos, and Betty might add that popular payment method and others soon, but currently we can only deposit and make withdrawals using VISA or Mastercard.
The good news for casual players and beginners is that you can deposit as low as £1 per transfer.
| Payment Option | Min Deposit | Min Withdrawal | Withdrawal Time |
| VISA Debit | £1 | £10 | Instant |
| MasterCard Debit | £1 | £10 | Instant |
Playbetty.co.uk understands the importance of hassle-free, fast withdrawals, and 90% of withdrawal requests are processed instantly.
Security and Trust
One thing you can be sure of when playing at Playbetty.co.uk is that your funds are safe and that all games have been properly tested, regulated and provide a fair outcome.
Betty is fully licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under account number 100695, which means you are in safe hands.
You are also in full control of how much you play and can easily adjust your deposit limits, timeouts, and use available self-exclusions as needed.
Betty UK Casino Mobile App
Betty is a pure mobile casino at this point, but there isn’t a separate mobile app available right now.
It’s probably just a matter of time, though, as once Betty gets up to speed in the UK, the app version will follow after.
Betty UK Casino Customer Services
You can contact Betty UK customer support by emailing [email protected] or visit the Help Centre, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
The Help Centre is nicely structured so you will quickly find the answer to your question.
Betty UK Casino User Experience
It’s easy to understand why Betty has been so successful in the regulated markets in Canada, as this company knows what they are doing.
Betty has decided to only focus on the mobile version for now, and it shows. The site is easy to scroll on, and it has all been optimised to work on smaller devices, as most smartphones are today.
You can also easily choose among different game categories and search for your preferred slots. The Betty team has decided to focus on the most popular slots in the UK, which makes the game selection easier too, as you won’t accidentally choose subpar or poor games.
At the time of writing this Betty UK review, we could only access Pragmatic Play slots, and although they are the most popular slot developer, it’s even better when you have more games to choose from.
Playbetty.co.uk is a new UK site, so it will improve even more as it adds other popular game studios and online slots to its offering. The site is already one of the better mobile casinos in the UK from a user experience perspective.
Betty Casino Player Feedback
Betty is a new UK online casino, having launched in April 2026, so it’s too early to determine or share any player feedback about the site.
The number of player feedback, comments and reviews will increase as more UK players start playing here, but for now we have to wait and see what the community will say about playing casino games at Playbetty.co.uk.

Our Final Verdict
It’s still early days for Betty Casino in the UK, but the foundation is already in place.
They have chosen to focus on the mobile version, as it’s the only way to gamble at Betty in the UK right now.
The Betty team interviewed over 300 UK players to better understand what makes UK gamblers tick, and it shows. The site is user-friendly and minimalist without being boring. It’s easy to scroll and choose among game categories.
You can deposit as little as £1, and 90% of withdrawals are processed instantly, provided your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are in order and your account is verified.
The welcome offer is good because you don’t need to worry about wagering requirements; instead, you keep what you win.
There is also a loyalty program, so you earn points as you play, and new promos are offered daily.
For now, you can only find Pragmatic Play slots at Betty, but the other games from popular slot developers will surely follow soon.
The available payment methods aren’t impressive right now when comparing Betty with other top UK casinos. Currently, you can only deposit and withdraw using VISA and MasterCard, but this will improve soon as Betty adds more popular payment methods to its site.
Betty UK looks like the real deal, and they just might have a chance to succeed in the UK market, although market conditions are so challenging today with the increase in the Remote Gaming Duty (RGD) from 21% to 40%.
Betty is a new UK casino that we will follow with great interest.
