Game developer ELK Studios are back with a new version of their popular Nitropolis series.

Fans of the series will quickly recognize the similarities seen in Nitropolis 3 in this 4th edition. 

For example, the game engine from ELK’s Gold slots, like Dead Man’s Gold, was introduced last time, and they reuse that with success again.

However, this time the funky soundtrack from Nitropolis 3 has been replaced with a heavier electronic sound.

Nitropolis 4’s max win potential is once again mind-blowing, and there is a feast of features to explore, but the RTP change is disappointing and will scare some players off to play other games instead.

Gameplay and features

Nitropolis 4 is highly volatile and starts on a 6-reel and 4 rows game grid but can expand to 8 rows and up to 4,096 ways to win.

The slot uses an Avalanche mechanic where the winning symbols are removed and replaced by new ones until no more wins happen.

After each win, a new row is added to the game panel until you reach the maximum 8 rows.
