The purpose of the base game is to populate the gold train with more carriages. This happens when you land an Upgrade symbol anywhere on your reels. It will be collected, and then when the time comes, it will award randomly between +4 and +10 extra carriages to your gold train.

There is no limit to the number of carriages you can get, so the gold train can be hundreds of wagons long!

You’ll get to see your gold train when you land three Scatter symbols anywhere on your reels. The Upgrades will assign the number of carriages to the train, and the train will roll by, every carriage releasing gold coins.

Instead of a gold coin prize, any carriage can randomly hold an Upgrade, which will increase the number of carriages on the gold train.
